3M Scotch Brite Bristle products have a long life and a constant cutting force and finish. Without much pressure, Bristle delivers an unprecedented performance in removing weld discoloration, paint and coating.

Scotch Brite Radial Bristle Brushes for radial cleaning, finishing and deburring in pipes, corners, edges and edges.

Due to the enormous flexibility of the plastic bristles, even the most complex contours can be worked on. This makes it a safe alternative to steel brushes, whose metal filaments sometimes cause injuries. Industrial pastes with harmful fumes are also superfluous with Bristle products.

3M Scotch Brite Radial Bristle Brushes are available in three shapes:

• Type A (Angled): for aggressive cleaning and deburring. Stable scraped brush shape.
• Type C (Curved): more flexibility and adapts to all surfaces.
• Type S (Straight): direction of rotation not important. The brush is robust and therefore ideal for heavy loads in industrial applications.

The Bristle discs are also available with the 3M Roloc quick-change system.

3M Scotch Brite Bristle Discs:

For axial cleaning, finishing and deburring of composites and soft metals, these flexible brush-shaped sanding discs are ideal. Also ideal for removing adhesive residues on flat and profiled workpieces.

Bristle discs are also available with the roloc quick-change system for the mini angle grinder.

For Bristle products, the colour indicates the grain size. Bristle brushes and discs are available in 36 to 1 micron grit sizes. Not every model is available in every grit. Download the brochure to view all models.
