After the success of last year, Q-Fin, LVD, Valk Welding and Kumatech will again organise the 4Innovators Days on 17, 18 and 19 November!

Superfast finishing and rounding, automated transport of sheet metal parts through the factory, robotized bending and welding. This and more can all be seen at the 4InnovatorsDays, which will be held at Valk Welding in Alblasserdam on Wednesday, November 17 through Friday, November 19.

Q-Fin

We know Q-Fin from its automatic deburring machines. The Grinding Power of the Q-Fin machines is unprecedentedly high. Falcon Welding

The fact that the 4Innovatorsdays will be held at Valk Welding this year, gives Valk Welding the opportunity to celebrate its 60-year anniversary. This makes this edition extra festive for Valk. Besides this jubilee, Valk Welding will of course also present a new innovation this year. This concerns a new software package called ARP. ARP stands for 'Automatic Robot Programming' and is a software programme in which the robot programme is automatically generated on the basis of the 3D file of the product. This opens the way to single piece production. Valk Welding has developed this principle in an installation specifically for the steel construction market. This installation, called the 'Beam-Welder', can be seen working during the 4Innovatorsdays. Valk also presents a new line of Mig torches and all innovations concerning the Techman Cobots will be shown.

Kumatech

Kumatech is the party of choice when it comes to solving internal logistics issues. The floor-based navigating Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) is a powerful piece of innovation. The layout in the production hall of a manufacturing company is constantly changing. Every production process is constantly undergoing optimizations, with the result that automated guided transport vehicles have to keep up with this flexibility. Kumatech responds to this very well. But it doesn't stop there: Kumatech sells, engineers and produces a total solution for SMEs and larger manufacturing companies for internal logistics processes, from storage to transport.

LVD

At Blechexpo in Stuttgart, LVD is introducing the latest Cadman SUITE version 8.8. LVD will demonstrate this version at the 4innovatorsDay as a Dutch first. The calculation speed is extremely high, in addition there are now multiple solutions for the same products where Cadman SDI is more and more integrated into Cadman B.
