The Dynabrade belt sander is a standard in the market. If you are going for quality, then the Dynabrade belt sander is a good choice.
The Dynafile, as the belt sander is called by Dynabrade, is at the cradle of this brand, which goes for industrial quality. Dynabrade also focuses on speed of work, so the machines help increase productivity. Of course, you can expect the machines to last a long time. However, should the machine ever break down or simply require regular maintenance, parts are always readily available. Of course, we are happy to take care of repairs and maintenance for you.
The Dynafile 14000 is the first machine marketed by Dynabrade. The original design is still well reflected in the latest developed version. With its ergonomic design, 0.5HP and 20,000 Rpm, with the Dynafile you have in your hands a belt sander specifically designed for industrial use.
With clever use of the various accessories, this belt sander lets you sand, deburr as well as finish. Use the machine on the nose wheel to machine edges, profiles and corners. But equipped with sanding plates on the contact arm, you can also use the machine in other ways, such as in this photo.
You can put different types of sanding belts on the belt sander. These range in widths from 3mm to 12mm and a length of up to 610mm. Choose a CubitronII belt for fast chipping combined with a hard contact wheel. If you want a nice finish, go for a scotch brite belt. Feel free to ask for advice for your specific application. The Dynafile II 40320 belt sander has a rotating head for safe use in the most efficient position. This machine also features a 0.5HP motor. Use the machine for grinding, deburring, blending or finishing on various materials such as metal, fiberglass, composites and more.
As standard, the machine is equipped with contact arm 11206 for a belt size of 19mm wide and 457mm long. Stiffer belts are more suitable for chipping, smoother belts are suitable for finishing and polishing. On our sanding belts page you can read more and easily click through to our webshop.
The straps can be relaxed and easily changed at the push of a button.
The Mini Dynafile II 15003 is a compact machine for a belt size of 305mm long. The contact arm is perfect for grinding and finish applications on edges, grooves and in tight openings. All Dynafile versions are also available as a kit with a variety of contact arms, abrasive belts and other accessories. The kit also includes a wire collet to convert the belt sander into a pin grinder.
Metaaltechniek supplies various grades of abrasive belts for the powerfile. Belts with an aluminum oxide grain are good all-rounders. Heavier work requires a different type of grit, so you can work faster and change the sanding belt less quickly.

The Dynafile III 15420 offers you all the benefits of the Dynafile II but is equipped with a more powerful 0.7Hp motor for even faster material removal. The DY15420 is equipped with a large 4" diameter contact wheel. This contact wheel allows you to easily remove welds at right angles. A knob is attached to the arm that allows you to operate the machine safely and accurately. In addition, the head can be rotated 180 degrees to work properly in the correct position.
