Factors involved in the performance of cleaning agents

• Time: how long does a cleaning product take to do its job. Important to save on cleaning.
• Mechanical support: friction with a cloth or brush agitates the product and dirt
• Temperature: At 30-35 degrees, the Veidec agent already works 3x faster than at room temperature. For many chemical agents, the temperature for this is about 60 degrees. Thus you save on the purchase side and on processing time and the result is often better than at present.

During the first visit, an inventory is made of the needs and what is possible. The representatives of Metaaltechniek are thoroughly trained and if necessary supported by Veidec itself. A first order is always accompanied by us with a toolbox for the users in order to get the most out of the products. Furthermore, all products are provided with a QR code that gives access to the relevant safety sheet, instructional videos and other useful information.

Safer NSF certified alternatives to thinner, acetone, brake cleaner, lubricants

• Duoclean from the Greenworld line encapsulates dirt and grease and pulls it out of the pores of the material. Ideal for cleaning your conveyor belt, it immediately becomes rough again. But even heavier work like burnt oil, rubber and proteins is no problem.
• SuperFoam from the Silver-line is a fast-drying active foam that gives an antistatic and streak-free result. Ideal for removing fingerprints on stainless steel and to be used before a product enters the cleanroom.
• Flex-Lube is an NSH H1 certified lubricant with creep-resistant Teflon. It protects, lubricates and cleans. This product is also from the Greenworld line.
• Tag-off easily removes glue residue, printing ink and (duct) tape residue. A replacement for acetone.
