How does the Scotch Brite Clean & Strip XT-Pro help you save on labour costs?

• Because the disc does not corrode or deform the base material, you can usually do your preparation in one step for the next steps, such as powder coating. You no longer need to do any repair work
• A large contact surface between disc and material allows you to work quickly. In addition, the grain in combination with the open web structure ensures fast operation and prevents the disc from overflowing.
• Some degree of disk flexibility also allows you to edit contours. This reduces the need to change discs.

The Scotch Brite Clean & Strip XT-Pro are available with different clamping systems, such as on a fiber backing, a regular disc or with a Roloc quick-release system. The dimensions vary from 75 mm to 178 mm. There is a variant available for every application and machine.
