The unprecedented high speed of deburring and finishing of the Q2S is truly unique. In a single pass, your metal products are deburred and radiused with minimal physical strain.
According to Q-Fin's GrindingPower philosophy, sheet metal parts are given a large radius on one side at high speed. For double-sided processing, turning the product is necessary. Q-Fin has developed a reversing station for this in 600, 1200 and 1500 mm widths.
The Q2S is supplied with an IOC input and output table. In combination with 2 Q-Fin de-burring machines and wet-acting extractors, this provides the perfect double-sided finishing solution. By incorporating the Q2S into the deburring line, the product is deburred and rounded on both sides in the blink of an eye. Because of the batchwise input and output of products, the Q2S creates an unprecedented high output, less physical load and optimal process control.
With the introduction of the Q2S, Q-Fin shows that they are able to rapidly develop machines that the market demands. Q-Fin was founded in 2013 and when we see where the company is now, you can't help but look at the people behind this company with great respect.
Q-Fin has set itself the following mission, which we quote from their website:
Mission
In 2025 Q-Fin wants to be among the top 3 in Europe when it comes to building leading deburring machines. Through constant innovation and the highest customer satisfaction, Q-Fin wants to be known as a supplier of deburring machines with maximum GrindingPOWER®.
And no doubt they will reach that goal, or rather, they have already reached it as far as we are concerned. There is no machine as powerful and therefore able to produce so fast and with an amazing result as the Q-Fin deburring machine.
If you are ready to replace or expand a deburring machine, don't forget to invite Q-Fin. Of course we are also happy to be involved in your purchase process and can inform you in advance. Feel free to contact us: 033-4558788.
