In our webinar on 2 June, we will focus on the processing of steel. We see the quality requirements in the industry increasing more and more. Steel parts must be delivered hand-friendly anyway, without sharp edges. But increasingly, we are hearing about the requirement for a radius of 2 mm to ensure good adhesion of the coating.

Because the choice you make here is decisive for the end result. From grinding belt, bowl brush or round brush, a conscious choice must be made for each grinding unit. A CubitronII grinding belt has the highest stock removal. A hard bowl brush provides more rounding, whereas a soft brush follows contours well and also breaks the edges of holes in steel plates. The round brush is also available in different qualities depending on the desired rounding or finish.

Sometimes it looks so simple: one press of a button and off you go. Yet sometimes the results are disappointing, the brushes wear down too much or they even catch fire. We name common problems from practice and of course we go into the causes and how to prevent them.
