Grinding with a robot or cobot

Can a robot solve my labor shortage? If so, what will it cost? How large must my series be to make the purchase profitable? What knowledge do I need to bring in and what does this mean for my overall production process? And where do I get the people who can program a new application?

The amount of questions and the fact that every environment and process is unique makes a ready-made answer impossible. Therefore, together with 3M, we are organizing a customer day, where we will start looking for answers.

We are still in discussions with SLH (robot integration) and TFT (cobot) to make it a joint day where both options, cobot and robot, are side by side. This way we can easily compare the possibilities and impossibilities of both systems. This day will go a long way in helping you find the direction that is of interest to you.

This brochure gives an impression of the possibilities and what an automation project can look like. Which parties and what knowledge do you want to bring on board? Make use of the knowledge and experience of several parties. They can ask the questions you didn't know you wanted answered.

It promises to be an educational day in which your specific questions can also be asked. Whether there will be a personal follow-up to this automation day is entirely up to you. An outcome of the day can also be that you will not invest for now. Even then it is good to know that this is a well-founded decision.
