3M™Scotch-Weld™epoxy adhesive 490 is a black, thixotropic, filling two-component expoxy adhesive with very good application properties. This adhesive is designed for applications requiring ultimate toughness and high strength.

Surface preparation for adhesion enhancement before coating or varnishing is a crucial step in the entire production process. By choosing the right disc here, you ensure that the surfaces are free of defects and prepared for optimum adhesion before painting. By extracting as much dust as possible when grinding, you avoid post-painting rework. Thus, you will not lose time and money further in the process.
To reduce dust, choose grinding with the 310W or the 710W discs. These mesh wheels offer maximum dust extraction with maximum grinding power due to the CubitronII grit.

Another excellent disc for clean sanding with great slip force is the 775L disc. The multi-hole pattern on the Clean Sanding products allows for faster dust extraction compared to other hole patterns. The sanding discs feature 3M PSG, which provides extremely fast cutting action and long life.
