Deerfos was founded in 1963 as an abrasive manufacturer in Korea. Called yeonmaju in Korean. From the start, Deerfos wants to be at the forefront when it comes to new technological developments that save money in production. This can be done by increasing the speed of work, reaching a good finish in fewer steps and by setting competitive purchase prices.
So Deerfos also has a mission in which Metaaltechniekit recognizes itself!
In 2005, Deerfos opened a Sales Office in Europe, in Poland. Shortly afterwards the first abrasives are imported Metaaltechniekfrom Deerfos, especially the abrasive discs with a paper backing (DFCA discs) and abrasive discs with a film backing (DFSA discs) are unprecedentedly popular, especially for pre-polishing. Our large stock of more than 10,000 discs per grit size speaks for itself. The discs are available from grain 40 up to and including grain 3000.
The Bora 9 fiber disc is a ceramic grain fiber disc, available from grain 36 up to and including grain 120. The disc has a coating that provides cool grinding, making the Bora 9 fiber disc excellent for processing heat sensitive metals.
The excellent grinding performance and the long life of the Bora 9 grinding wheel ensure an improvement in productivity on the shop floor. With the fibre disc, you can quickly grind or chip a weld surface on common metals, including the processing of stainless steel.

The Bora 7 sanding belts from Deerfos are made with a Premium Ceramic grain and have a super coating that ensures that less heat is introduced and that the sanding grains are glazed less quickly, making the disc blunt and unusable.
The combination of these factors results in a high grinding performance: high stock removal, long belt life, improved productivity and less wear and tear on the grinder. The tyres have a sturdy back, which allows a lot of pressure to be applied and quick chipping.
Application:
Dry as well as wet, with high pressure, suitable for heavy machining of both heat sensitive metals and stainless steel as well as various other types of steel.

We supply the abrasive brushes for various brands of deburring machines. Both bowl brushes and flaring brushes are available at Metaaltechniek . But also think of the Powerbelts we know from the Lissmac machines. At Metaaltechniek we have the sanding blocks for these belts made with a quick-release system. You can read all about it on this page. But what a time-saving it is to change the pads. And then we haven't even mentioned the resistance for this work on the part of the operator.
The brushes provided with Bora abrasive material are generally Hero-Brushes. This means that the brushes consist only of abrasive material and do not contain any grinding fleece.
