Suhner and the Stainless Steel Industry
Suhner has a wide range of unique machines in its range that make grinding and finishing work much easier, especially in the stainless steel processing industry. Think of the weld sharpener. Combined with an SCD disk, you can effortlessly finish an inside corner class. On the tube grinder we put a Scotch Brite band and in one movement a stainless steel banister becomes a nice brushed eye-catcher.

The concept of the flexible axis is one with many advantages. A variety of jobs usually means a range of different machines and tools. Not so with Suhner flexible shaft machines. - ROTOmax 2.0: The compact powerhouse! Speed is adjustable via the keyboard, from 500 to 13,000 Rpm. The machine has a soft start and active interruption. Available as a hanging model, with a pedestal or on a trolley. Areas of application: grinding, cutting, pre-treatment, brushing and polishing.
- ROTOfera: Robust gear driven machine with 1.00 KW multi-phase motor for industrial use. Seven fixed adjustable speed steps from 850Rpm-12,000Rpm. Available as a suspended model, with a pedestal or on a trolley. Areas of application: cutting, roughing, grinding, milling, brushing and polishing.
- ROTOstar: The ingenious flexible shaft machine for the construction site! The ROTOstar has three fixed adjustable speed steps (3,000, 6,000 and 12,000 Rpm).
