The delivery of products with our own name on them is a logical step in the development of Metaaltechniek. After all, our strategy is to proactively introduce to our customers products that contribute to productivity improvement.
Abrasives are tested in house almost every week. Sometimes in order to be able to perform an application as quickly as possible as desired, then again a comparative test between similar sanding discs. With these results we take work off our customers' hands. After all, the test has already been carried out in an independent manner. Circumstances of course differ from time to time per user, but with our first test we still have a good indication of the success rate of an introduction of a new product.
In this way, the products that the brand Metaaltechniek will carry are also selected. Of course we always keep an eye on the developments in the market. So if at some point there is a better alternative, we will definitely switch products. This way you as a customer are always assured of a quality product for a very competitive price.
Selling quality products is one thing, knowing how to sell them in the right way so they make money for you is another. We dare say that there is no technical wholesaler in the Netherlands that has as much knowledge in house as Metaaltechniek. And we want to share that knowledge. On the shop floor of our clients, but also in our training centre, the METAC.

In addition to the cut-off wheel, the following products are available under the label of Metaaltechniek:
The flap discs from Metaaltechniek are available in 115, 125 and 178 mm in a flat or conical design. You can also choose from zirconium or ceramic grit. We have sufficient stock of all types.
As the youngest member of this group we have included the MFLAPFL125CZ060 FLX. A lamellar disc that is slightly more flexible than the standard version. This flexible version can feel a bit quieter and give a nicer finish.
At the end of 2020 the MSPEED has undergone a serious improvement. Even quieter and faster grinding with this price-favourable 1 mm cut-off wheel. You can use it on steel as well as stainless steel. Order a box to try, you will be surprised!
Surface Conditioning Disc, for use on the angle grinder. These discs are especially popular with sheet metal workers in preparation for blasting and coating. The most well known and used variant is the 115mm with 22mm bore in Medium (red) and Coarse (brown).
The solid carbide burrs are just as sharp in price as they are in quality. Available in all common sizes and models.
A unique disc on a stiff linen backing and a ceramic grain. Gives a nice finish and is excellent for use on the TopGrinder from Q-Fin!
MT-One, a polisher with adjustable speed. In combination with the special satin guard you have a perfect satin machine.
MT150PKS An angle grinder with a flat head allows you to work in areas that a standard angle grinder cannot reach. The range is greater and you need less space.
MT150ROTEX: 5 mm Excentric rotary machine,
equipped with a central vacuum system. The machine is equipped with a 150 mm sanding pad with 7 dust holes for perfect dust extraction.

MT-60: a pencilgrinder of 0,1 HP and a speed of 60.000 RPM.
MT-22: A straight grinder of 0,5 HP and 22,000 Rpm.

MT-90: a 90 gr. grinder.
MT-18: A grinder with a right angle head, 0,5 HP and 18.000 Rpm.
