Rhodius works with different lines for different demands and wishes of the user. Metaaltechniek mainly carries the ProLine and TopLine cut-off wheels. These perform well to very well for the professional craftsman in the metalworking industry. When making your choice, please pay attention to whether the disc is suitable for the material you want to grind. There are discs that are developed for cutting steel, for stainless steel or aluminum.

A unique cut-off wheel from Rhodius is the extra thin 0,6mm disc, the XTK6, the thinnest cut-off wheel in the world! This wheel cuts through hard thin-walled material with ease and precision. Even less burr formation, less thermal load and therefore less blue discoloration and less post-treatment required. This cut-off wheel is treated by a HydroProtect process to protect against moisture-induced aging.

Rhodius also has a number of unique products within the product group of flap discs. The so-called Crosscut Flap Disc has a ceramic grain especially suitable for heavier grinding work. The individual blades extend 10 mm over the backing. At this point the lamellar disc is somewhat flexible. so that you can press it well into an angle. This makes the overcut disc a good disc for grinding fillet welds.
