In-house Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the commercial heart of our organization. You think on your feet, collaborate closely with customers and colleagues, and know how to spot opportunities before others do.     Who are you in your role as an Inside Sales Representative?

    You're someone who..:

    • You’re passionate about the customer—they come first, and that’s what you’re all about! You’re customer-friendly, business-minded, and persuasive.
    • is curious and eager to learn. Some technical knowledge is helpful, but of course we’ll help you with that! Both through internal training and through courses offered by our suppliers. It’s important, however, that you’re enthusiastic about the process of learning and developing in this field of technology.
    • thinks one step ahead about the consequences of a particular action.
    • You have an excellent command of Dutch, and you can also get by in English. If you also speak German, that’s a plus.

    In addition, you bring the following:

    • At least an MBO-4 level of work and thinking.
    • You work with precision and organization, and you have an eye for detail.
    • Experience with administrative processes. Knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus.
    • An interest in technical products and a desire to learn about them.
    • Proficiency in Excel.

    What will you be doing as an inside sales representative?

    • You are the first point of contact for our customers: you advise them, keep them informed, and turn their needs into concrete solutions. Thanks to you, our customers keep coming back!
    • Field support. You will be linked to a colleague in the field. Together you are responsible for customers in a certain area. You help your colleague by processing visit reports, making offers, dealing with complaints and developing new initiatives. Together you will discuss the past week and see what still needs to be done in the coming period.
    • You identify business opportunities and contribute ideas on market approach and customer strategy.
    • Expanding the customer base and commercial opportunities.
