High-gloss polishing training

The High Gloss Polishing course deals with the theory behind sanding and grinding tools and the effect of various polishing pastes. We make a step-by-step plan to achieve a scratch-free and shiny result as efficiently as possible. Knowledge is immediately put into practice with the aim of working faster and thus saving on labour costs. An investment in training pays off immediately in savings on labour costs and contributes to a better operating result.

From the removal of the mill scale to achieving the desired level of gloss, in this "High Gloss Polishing" module we go step by step to a glossy and scratch-free result. Every step in this process influences the result. How often do you still see an underscratch in the end result so that you can start again from scratch.

Polishing is craftsmanship that you learn by doing it a lot.

With the theory provided, we quickly enter the practical classroom.
During the training we pay attention to the working of the different pastes and materials such as sisal, cotton and felt are also discussed.

• Rules of thumb to achieve a scratch-free result
• Application and use of different pastes
• Application and use of materials such as cotton, felt and sisal
• Possibility to customize the training with several people

This module will be completed in one day. If you take part in the training with several people from one company, you have the possibility to customize the training. In an inventory conversation prior to the training you will indicate which skills you want to improve or which production process you want to optimize. During the training you can bring your own products which we will edit in various ways. There will be measurable differences that show that the training is a profitable investment.

In each module we pay attention to safety on the work floor, including BPM's, but also what influence the choice for a certain consumable has on the safety of the user. Safety begins at the source!
