On September 13th 3M organized the 1st Clash of Grinders for the Central Europe Region (CER) of 3M. Participants from various European countries competed for the title of Best Grinder. Metaaltechniek likes a challenge and we love a party. So Dirk and Ingrid went together to Düsseldorf.

The shelf life of abrasives is mainly determined by the moisture content of the environment in which they are stored and preserved. Abrasives exposed to high humidity after manufacture lose their original service life. With correct storage, however, the tool life remains approximately constant for years.

3M launches a new lamella disc, the quality 769F. This lamella disc is equipped with a durable polyester backing and contains abrasive grit produced with the 3M Precision Shaped Grain technology, for a long life and faster work.
